All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Public holidays and high-volume times of year, such as sale periods, may cause a slight delay to regular processing.

Please be advised that our freight partners may encounter delays during high-demand periods. All shipping times are estimates.

We offer the following shipping services, with rates calculated at checkout:

Standard: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business day after processing

  • $10 for orders less than $50
  • Free in the United States for orders over $50 (does not apply to Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Alaska)

    FedEx 2 Day: Estimated delivery in 2 business days after processing

    FedEx Overnight: Estimated delivery in 1 business days after processing

    • Rate calculated at checkout
    • Processed next business day

    FedEx International: Estimated delivery 2-7 business days after processing

      • Rate calculated at checkout

        INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

        Our products are shipped from the United States. Duties and Taxes for some international countries are not included in the total upon checkout.

        Countries recipient is responsible to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery: Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam. 

        ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

        • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
        • Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
        • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
        • We use FedEx to deliver all orders.
        • We are unable to ship to Guam at this time.
        • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
        • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
