How much does shipping cost?
We want to make shopping online as quick, easy, and affordable as possible. We offer Free Shipping on all orders $50 or greater! We also offer Express shipping for a flat rate if an item is needed urgently. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Page for complete details.
How long after I order until it ships out and how long does the shipping take?
The processing time of your order can vary and depends on the item(s) you order. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Page for our time frame of processing and shipping items.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
We do ship to PO boxes. It is shipped with Fed Ex Smartpost and can take 2-8 business days within the contiguous 48 states and 10-14 business days to PO Boxes in Hawaii or Alaska.
Which carrier does Z-Flex Skateboards ship with? Do they require a signature in order to deliver it?
We ship all online orders with Fed Ex or OnTrac. Please note, your shipment does not require a signature on delivery.
I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order. What do I need to do?
If the item has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order for a full refund, but please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, preferably by phone (1-855-736-6927). Please note, once the order has shipped we cannot cancel or recall a package. The package will have to be delivered and then we can proceed with the returns process.
Can I return a z-flex skateboard?
Any unused item purchased from the Official Z-Flex Skateboard website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, but there are no restocking fees of any kind. Please read through our Returns & Refunds Page for details and contact our Customer Service team to set up a return if needed.
The tracking number says it was delivered, but I still haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If the tracking number says it has been delivered, double check with all family members and/or neighbors that could possibly have picked it up and contact us immediately so we can begin working with Fed Ex or OnTrac to see what happened and resolve the issue.
