Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. If you’d like to return an item, Absolute Board Co. will assess a return request via email within 21 days from purchase.
How to Return an Item
Please send an email to email@example.com and outline the following information:

- Return Request Information/Reason:
From there a Customer Care representative will contact you with the return authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees (including any fees with international shipments). Please make sure to contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping back any items.
All items must be in brand new condition (unused, unridden) to be eligible for a return. If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, we will notify you via email and return the goods back to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to Absolute Board Co. We will process the refund back to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order.
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item (different size/color/model, etc.) you will need to cancel or return the initial order and place a new order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on zflex.com. As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in new condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
